By enrolling in RECALIBRATE™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Due to the nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable.

Upon acceptance and enrollment, participants immediately receive access to proprietary methodologies, intellectual property, educational materials, frameworks, resources, training content, and information developed through more than 20 years of professional expertise, research, clinical experience, and program development.

Additionally, RECALIBRATE™ is a selective program with limited enrollment. Each participant is personally reviewed and accepted, and a place is reserved exclusively for them. Once a position has been allocated, that opportunity is no longer available to another applicant, and resources, planning, staffing, and support are committed based on the participant's enrollment.

For these reasons, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, cancellations, or transfers will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Inability to attend live sessions
• Failure to participate or complete the program
• Perceived lack of results
• Financial hardship
• Relocation, travel, or family commitments

Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

If a participant chooses not to continue, they may discontinue participation at any time; however, all financial obligations remain in effect and no refunds will be provided.
